Da wir im Mai den Friedhof mit unserer Gruppe (oder einem Teil der Gruppe) besuchen wollen, habe ich mich einmal mit der Friedhofsordnung befasst. Ich stieß auf den Vermerk, dass das Fotografieren für den privaten Gebrauch erlaubt ist, dass Fotos aber nicht veröffentlicht werden dürfen. Ich habe deshalb mal per E-Mail nachgefragt und folgende Antwort in Englisch erhalten:
"There are no problems with using images of the Cemetery for private use i.e. they stay within a private group and no profit is made from them. You need to be careful that others can’t copy the images if you put them on the internet and be aware that tombs younger than 60 years are covered by copyright and privacy laws and shouldn’t be shown in the public domain."
Wir sollten also bei den Fotos, die wir hier im Forum zeigen darauf achten,
- dass das gezeigte Einzelgrab älter als 60 Jahre ist, was meist der Fall ist.
- dass möglichst ein Copyright auf den Fotos eingetragen ist.
Das sind leider einige Einschränkungen. Ich wollte es aber einmal genau wissen.
