Vom 14. Mai bis zum 25. Juli 2021 findet in den Scuderie del Quirinale die Ausstellung mit dem Titel "Tota Italia. Alle origini di una nazione" statt.

Scuderie del Quirinale reopen with an exhibition of great cultural and symbolic importance “Tota Italia. Origins of a nation”, created with the General Direction of Museums of the Ministry of Culture, and curated by Massimo Osanna and Stéphane Verger.
The exhibition’s title takes up the famous formula of the speech of Augustus, the man who for the first time unified Italy in a homogeneous territory. A unification under the sign of Rome, but which, at the same time, maintained the division into regions that still today testifies to the wealth and the variety of our traditions.
The exhibition will tell about this complex process of unification through the most significant finds and objects, starting from the extraordinary wealth of pre-Roman Italy, a fascinating mosaic of people and traditions, and retracing the stages that, from the fourth century led it to be unique under the banner of Rome. With a coherent and unified narrative, free both from the absolute centrality of Rome and from the risk of a regional vision, it will be possible to admire in the same exhibition the most significant works of that expressive variety that contributed to the formation of Augustan Italy and then of Empire.
The extraordinary loans that make up the corpus of the exhibition testify to the important heritage of the national Italian museums and will tell about the formation of our cultural identity, the roots of our country, also recalling its plurality.

Tickets sind online zu reservieren.
